He has a vast experience in the corporate world as a Finance Director in the Construction sector. Also, John has run his own property rental businesses so can totally understand the issues facing landlords in 2018. We can therefore in addition provide an accounting service for landlords that haven’t got the time to keep “on top of things”

Home Visit

The home visit will include, taking photographs that will highlight your property in the best possible light. We always advise to de-clutter the property before pictures are taken to reflect the property at its best.

Research shows that having a floor plan in place will give prospective purchaser an idea of room sizes and room layout, which help to visualise where to place furniture.

Money Laundering Regulations2007 requires the vendor and purchaser to provide two forms of identification which could be current up to date passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill , bank statement/ council tax bill that can link them to the property.
